For your initial visit, plan to arrive 15 minutes early and allow 45–60 minutes. Exercise clothing and athletic shoes are recommended so our team can properly examine your condition or injury.
G4 Athlete partners with a locally owned professional billing service and provides clients direct access to a billing specialist. The team will assist with insurance authorization, benefits, and billing; most insurance carriers require an approved physician’s order to bill for physical therapy services.
G4 Athlete is a provider for Aetna, Cigna, First Choice, Kaiser PPO, Lifewise, HMA, Moda, Premera, Regence, Washington State Labor & Industries, and auto insurance companies.
